You can rest assured that Digiviz is an approved secure online site. All shop pages user 'Secure URLs' (https) to ensure that all data passed from you to us is encrypted in the most secure way possible. We do not pass your details onto any third parties. Digiviz use PayPal Website Payments Pro to process all our transactions.
In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault. The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed to have been tampered with or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied. Digiviz reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale or withdraw them completely without prior notice. All measurements shown are approximate and all prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT.
Returns & Replacements (see also Shipping and Returns)
To return goods for any reason, please call or email our customer services department who will advise you of how best to return the item. Goods returned must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means. Faulty items must be reported to customer services within 7 days of receipt. If an item is deemed to be faulty it can be replaced under warranty and postage costs refunded, or the item refunded in full. Please contact customer services to notify them of the cost of return postage before returning your faulty item, as we will not be able to refund postage costs over and above postage costs charged to the customer when the item was originally purchased. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your account. Replacement items are normally completed within 3 working days, but this could take up to 14 days at busy periods.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If either party cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund payment in full. Once an order has been placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place at despatch, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Updating Account Information
Registered users are able to update account information at any time by clicking the 'My Account' link on the Digiviz website. If you would like to change the delivery address of an item, please contact customer services as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Updating your default shiipping address details in the My Account section will have no effect on the delivery address of outstanding orders.
